Days have changed with me, i still remember the day i started this blog and my motive behind it. I never thought i will spend a few minutes at night 2:45 to update this blog.
Days are keeping me busy, reminding me that timez up to get started and to start doing what i love to. I have read not less than a 50 books about marketing and advertising, i love to devour them and every popular marketing book available and recommended by the so called "Gurus".
Marketing and advertising is pure Human Psychology. Its all knowing what they think, how they think and responding accordingly. Its your ability to peep into their (your customers) mind and understand whats lurking in their minds and answer them. So that you know what to say, the "how to say" is advertising. Its the salesmanship in print. It is the medium that you choose to convey your message to your target audience. This medium is best clubbed with your compelling message known as lead generation message. A message that hits right in your audience mind.
So its no more Marketing, its Mark - Hitting. Hitting first and hitting right there in your customer's mind.
Well! the latter part that i was mentioning about, creating the lead generation message is a very specific and a systematic way of understanding your markets demographic and psychographic profiles and *crafting* a message or copy that talks to them in their language. Its the most interesting and crucial area of all 3, Marketing, Advertising and Copy writing.
Understanding the distinctions and Mastering these 3 areas will certainly help wanna be marketers to the next level. For most of us, Marketing is selling. And its very important to understand that its not and we need to change that paradigm.
